All visitors are welcome to Oriental-Arms site. We are here to help in identification, definition, dating and appraisal. However, pages, descriptions, photographs and/or drawings, list of references and all other material and artwork from this site are the sole property of oriental-Arms Ltd, and may not be used or reproduced in whole or in part without written permission.
Terms of Sale
Price: Prices are quoted in US Dollars. Price do not include shipping insurance, custom duties (if any), Value Added Taxes or any other taxes applied in the country of destination.

Ordering: if you are interested in a specific item, please order it through our Order Form or e-mail to sales@oriental-arms.com . All ordered items will be kept ON HOLD for the buyer until payment received but not more than 10 days after ordering. After that time we reserve the right to re-sale the item. Shipment will be effected after payment is cleared.
Payment: We accept money order, banker’s checks and personal checks and direct bank transfer. Checks must be made to the order of Oriental-Arms ltd. Airmailed to our address. Other payment methods have to be approved by us in advance.
Packing: Each item is carefully wrapped with bubble plastic, and packed with Styrofoam bits (peanuts) in a box specially made to fit its dimensions. This ensures a safe, damage free shipment.
Shipping: All items for sale are stocked in Haifa Israel and / or in Europe and / or in the USA. The order form above will include the best suggested shipping agent and price. Most common shipping methods are registered airmail for small packages and EMS (or priority mail) for longer packages. Very long packages must be shipped with courier agent.
Return Policy: We take a great care to accurately describe the items we sale. All the descriptions are accompanied with good clear photos and close-up photos of all the details. We clearly indicate all seen defects and/or replaced parts and/or non-original additions and/or later restorations to the extent we find it. There should not be any surprises, and the sale is, therefore, final. We will consider returning of items and crediting the buyer if proved to us that we made a gross mistake in the definition and/or the description of the item sold
