War Club from Samoa

War clubs from Samoa are characterized by the polygonal  shape of its head with rhombus shape  cross section. Also the shaft are normally of square cross section  on its partial or full length.

The club offered here is an early exemplar, with the  polygonal. Head 7 inches long, 3 1/2   inches wide and 2 1/2  inches thick, Total length 23 inches. Good condition to age. Good dark shining age patina.
