Dozum knives and daggers from Bhutan are a utility knives carried by most men and meant for general purpose task.

The Dozum knife  offered here has a thick massive blade .  The blade is forged from laminated steel in the pattern known as “Hairpin fold” a pattern common to blades from the region and nearby regions. Blade is deeply etched to reveal the details of the layers folding. Grip bound with twisted silver wires. Silver pierced  pommel cap with gilded mythological images. Wood scabbard bound with rye skin and mounted with large partially gilded silver locket and chape.

Blade length 13  inches. Blade thickness 3/8 inches (8 mm). Total length 17 inches. Very good condition. Authentic and complete early 20C. real working knife.
