Eunjangdo meaning “Silver Knife” is a small Korean knife originally worn by the higher classes that were allowed to carry silver and gold artifacts. Later it was commonly accepted as women knife for general use and for self protection.
The pair of Eunjamgdo knives offered here are of fine quality. One with a silver handle and silver scabbard engraved with floral pattern. The other is carved wood and silver. Steel blade with inscription ( Japanese ??). Both are accompanied with a styled tiny silver chopstick.
Blades 3 and 3 1/2 inches. Total 5 1/2 inches. Very good condition.
