A Rare late 18 C. sword from the eastern regions of Tibet.
Massive and heavy single edge blade with rounded uprising tip. Most probably forged of laminated steel. The wood grip of rhombus cross section. Steel pommel with layers of copper and brass, with three prongs protruding from the pommel top plate, also with layers of brass and copper.
Blade 30 inches long. Total length 34 inches. Good condition to age. Few edge nicks. No scabbard
