Silver Assib Jambiya Dager with Silver Belt

This Assib Jambiya comes from the Thiema and/or Asir region, North – West Yemen.  Good earlier blade with a central rib. All silver handle with extended pommel corner of clear influence of similar daggers from Jezin, the Saudi town just across the border. This Jambiya comes with belt of 15 pierced silver links a silver attachments and a bullet container,

Blade 7 inches (18 cm)long. Total belt length 28 inches (71 cm). Very Good condition. Authentic and rare jambiya, Second half of the 20 C.
