This category brings together edged weapons and utility blades from China, Burma, Tibet and Bhutan. The Burmese dah is a single-edged sword used across mainland Southeast Asia, while the Chinese trousse — a knife-and-chopsticks eating set carried at the belt — reflects a very different, everyday relationship with the blade.
