Very Fine and Rare Knife from Taiwan - 14501

A knife of the Taiwanese aborigine people - a very fine example of a very rare knife. The single edge blade is 8 inches long of a concave / convex cross section. . The handle is wood set with metal strips and round inserts. The sheath is wood half open and partially covered with pierced and cut brass holding the blade in position. Total length 14 inches. Very good condition. A fine and rare early 20C. Authentic knife.
